deep scratches and insufficient screws
The one hinge had a pretty good sized scratch/gouge in it. They provided #8 screws but the hinges were bored out for #12 screws, which would be more appropriate anyway for that size and gauge hinge. I had to go to a local hardware store and buy $8 worth of stainless #12 screws to make the install look right. Pretty sad.
