Works great! I installed this on my 2013 Ranger 800 and installation was a snap! Holds 2 scoped rifles with no problems. I find that if you squeeze the U shaped holders together and then wrap the velcro around them, they are very secure.As others have stated, I did notice a little finish wear on one of my cheaper rifles (A CVA Hunter 308). I think this has more to do with the guns finish than the gun rack itself. Of course, anytime you have contact with a guns surface there is potential for wear, especially when you are in an off road vehicle.

The piece is amazing fits perfectly, you could honestly makw this on your own, but i was lazy lets face it, this rack was able to hold my mosin nagant as well as a 10/22 survival rifle, and if you position the rack right, other cars will not see your rack. I live in the crappy state of california, which btw you can legally use a gun rack in your jeep just make sure they are unloaded and ammo is locked away, ive been pulled over and the officers dont seem to care about the rifles hanging there, but doesn't mean that you shouldnt know your gun laws about transporting firearms. Regardless the product is very sturdy and holds up well, 5/5

I have this in my jeep and it works well. I do have a couple of issues though. Once installed, I placed it toward the front for easier access but, I had to choose to either leave my sun visors up or down because after installation they couldn’t be raised and lowered. But, let me make it clear, I could have put it in another spot but I wanted it in front of me. Also, if you do as I did watch your head when you get in and out….I hit my head on it but only getting in and out. I love the fact that it’s made in America! 🇺🇸

Installed easily and solid no vibration holds guns very secure.

Simple enough. I did not like how it would knock regardless of how tight you made it. Solved this issue by wrapping electrical tape around the end of the threads until it could barely fit in the tube.Doesn't give the rifles very much support from moving around. I think a little more customizing is in order.

I was concerned about this product after reading the negative reviews about the head clearance. After careful consideration, I purchased the product and could not be happier. It was easy to install (1993 YJ) and it is sturdy. I have used it to carry a bolt action rifle and a MP-10 .308. The MP-10 is a little bulky but it does fit, even with the A-bolt in the 2nd holder. To give me plenty of head space, I moved the rack up the the forward 1/3 of seating area. It is roughly just above the steering wheel. I have a soft top so I have no issues with fit on the top side. I think this product is a good value.

Great product not so much for convenience as it is for safety. For all the purchases I have made for my 2018 Kawasaki MULE SX 4x4 XC SE this is by far the best one. Went in fairly simple since I do have a husband who throws the instructions away and still managed to install it. My husband took a little getting used to not having the gun right beside him when we hunt, but after his gun slipped out into a river when he was out one day....this item made perfect sense to have. It fits tight, I hear a bit of a squeak but this may be on his adjustment and a tightening up should do the trick. The rifles are snug and tightly in place no danger of them falling out on your head. I hope this helps I think reviews matter and I read them and share my information to pass along as well. Happy Hunting ;) P.S. just remember to take them out after you load your ride onto your trailer....this has happened a few times to us, though still safe when we got home.

I ordered 3 of these planning to put 2 in my rzr and one in my sons. Worst mount for a scoped rifle I have ever tried to use. Worked great for shotguns without a scope. The straps aren't long enough to go around the gun if you put the scope in one of the holds. If you don't put the scope in one of them then the gun flops around and bangs the scope. Would definingly never buy again. Nice design but it needs to be marketed for none scoped guns. Tried 6 different rifles with scopes and couldn't get any of them to fit well at all. Also the mounts are to close together to mount 2 scoped rifles. The scopes hit each other. Had to completely disassemble and re assemble to make it some what work. Would never buy again.
