Like brilliant blue stars, these space "diamonds" are all about orbit. Precision-crafted with special metal weights inside, the balls naturally orbit in opposite directions from one another - having them tied to one another is like having a whirlwind in your pocket. Just add kids' natural rhythm, flair, energy, and love of action to bring about truly breathtaking tricks and light effects. (Turn a key to activate the super-bright LEDs in each ball.) For ages 6 and up. Size: Approx. 1-1/2" diam.

This is My Second Puchase of this Astrojax
I originally bought an Astrojax Blue Diamond for my 10-year-old grandson for Christmas. It was passed around, with everyone wanting to try it out. I decided that I liked it so much that I wanted one for myself. So this was my Christmas gift to myself. What better recommendation could I give? There were quite a few reviews where someone received one with lights that did not work, or that stopped working shortly after they received it. I gave the warning to my grandson and his parents, that the lights may not last. In my opinion, what you would have left if the lights stopped working is a regular Astrojax, and I think that it would still be fun to have.

It seems like it would fun
DO NOT BUY from Bargain me online, it's a rip off! It seems like it would fun, especially for my 11 year old nephew, for whom it was a Christmas gift. However, I was quite disappointed when a received it on Christmas Eve with no packaging, no instructions (fortunately you can find anything on the internet), and only 1 of the 3 blue diamonds actually lit up (not much of a blue diamond.) It feels awful to give someone a broken gift on Christmas.UPDATE: I just wanted to let you know that Bargain me online did refund me for the cost of batteries, in hopes of fixing the 2 broken blue diamonds. Not sure if that has fixed the problem. My nephew seems to enjoy the Astrojax, with or without working lights.

caution before you buy
Just got these for a glow party I'm attending... 2/3 balls would not turn on. Ended up being dead batteries. After replacing and making sure new batteries are secured they work fine. What's funny is I have a regular led set from 10 years ago that just died as well... Kinda frustrating to have to repair a new in box product before you can even use it.*update7-22-15 for seemingly no reason, one of the balls will no longer turn on no matter what I do... I wouldn't but from this source...

these are actually pretty bright. Like the X-TRA BRIGHT variant
Unlike the X-TRA BRIGHT variant, these are actually pretty bright. Like the X-TRA BRIGHT variant, I have issues with them turning off on their own, and I also have issues getting the on/off button to work properly. Otherwise, these are pretty and they play like slightly heavier V-MAX.

Great toy, terrible lighting strategy.
This is a neat product. The only thing I can think of is to change the way the lights work on the device. One light was on in the package, so the company sent me a repair kit and some extra batteries. Before opening it, another light went on. I couldn't turn either off. Make the lights much simpler.

fun toy but the strobe setting does not work
The LEDs are very bright and almost uv in color. The strobe setting doesn't work on the one I recieved. If it was a defect then only one jack would not have strobe but all three work the same with LEDs either on or off, no "disco" strobe like the package claims. Still fun tho and with the fluorescent orange string and the nearly ultraviolet blue lights it makes for a great light show in the dark, still one feels shortchanged that the strobe setting is non-existent. Still beats the old boring astrojax I had as a kid with no lights. Don't expect to bust these out at a rave lol they are hard and u need a good bit of room to let loose with them and expect bruising ur knuckles when learning to get the hang of it.

A fun toy.
Astrojax are a lot of fun and easy to master. It's small so it's very portable and you can take it anywhere. It lets you be creative and make up your own tricks or you can spend some time mastering the "official" tricks. If you visit the US Astrojax website you can even purchase special edition balls to create your own toy or buy cool things to tune up the Jax you already own.

Great fun in light or dark, but caution when replacing batteries
Juggled these around at a few anime dances, and they where amazing in the dark setting with the lights either strobing or constant. The only problem was when I tried to replace the batteries... The screws are very soft, and I wound up stripping one of the heads, and stripping the bore as I took out the other. I tried to super glue it back together, but it didn't last. Lots of fun to play with, but needs to come with a screw driver or another way to replace batteries.

Great product, not so great seller
Product received in two days of ordering. However one of the LEDs was not working and had to send it back to the seller - Strings Marketing. They took two weeks to fix it and send the same piece back. Though it works now...The toy itself is pretty fun, kinda hard to master tricks, but the basic ones are damn easy.
