1 out of the 3 doorknobs were sticky since they were installed. It works but still gets stuck whenever we turn it. UPDATE: seller reached out and remedied the situation in a satisfactory way so at least you know they will stand behind their products if you encounter any issues.

Had two of them not work properly and I contacted amazon. They sent me a whole new set to pick some from. I returned the rest back to them including the two malfunctioning ones. The customer service is top-notch. The door knobs look nice and are easy to install. They’re the perfect fit. The screw quality is really good as well. Like I said I only had two that were sticking and messing up in the door but Amazon sent me a new set to fix that with so it turned out fine! I like these. The keys are all the same because the doorknobs are all the same. As long as you don’t leave your keys in an accessible area it’s perfect for security. We only need one key to unlock each door and it’s so helpful when you have kids and need to get in quick. You don’t have to search for the right key. I love these and plan to replace ALL my doorknobs with them.

Great buy for new construction locks to secure the home until permanent hardware is installed. Would also be suitable for commercial space. Quality is very good. Locks well. Have held up great. We would buy again.

Works great, installed in like 20 mins lol. I'm a girl so im sure some who done this before could install it faster. Overall a great product. I would recommend. It came with plenty of keys.

Absolute junk. Do not waste your time and money on these. Brand new out of the box and they don’t work. I just got around to installing one and I wish I would have sooner so I could get my money back.

Really good quality and great price

We had four different locks in our new home and decided this product of keyed alike door knobs would work. I've changed door handles before so this was no different for ease of install. All the correct hardware was supplied as well as three keys for each handle. They are smooth finished and all the keys work and the locks click shut so you know the door is secure.

THE LOCKING BUTTON ON THE INSIDE KNOBS ROTATES CONTINUALLY AND DOES NOT SEEM TO ENGAGE WITH ANYTHING. I HAD SOME SOME OLD LOCKS AND USED THE INSIDE KNOBS FROM THEM. DO NOT BUY TIS LOCK UNLESS YOUCAN RE-INSTALL THE OLD PART. IN NEW WORK, THIS LOCK IS GOOD FOR A CLOSET, NOTHING ELSE.

These door knobs and locks work perfect the keys fit in and no issues at all and a strong lock
