Great for beginers and no side effects :)
This is the second time I'm using this product. It definitely shows results after 2weeks of training. Don't expect to put on weight by simply drinking the protein and not exercising or eating enough.It is a protein supplement and not a diet replacement!!!Work hard! Train hard! No pain No gain \m/

Galtise she bhi Lena mat duplicate hai...Don't buy it it's duplicate .... And causes the problem of digestion .. There is a bounvita and carb pawder in it... I used it so don't buy supplement online I give one star because otherwise I don't put review
