This is so much better for my needs than the glass pyrex. I bought the other sizes and will donate all my other measuring cups. An investment, but worth it. No drip, no mess, no break, love the inside markings and work with an immersion blender.

easy to read. Someone commented that the measurement lines aren't accurate. Nothing in stamped steel is going to be accurate, but they're good enough for cooking. If you're going to be making mescaline, you should be weighing your ingredients. For every day cooks, this is a great addition to ones arsenal of cookware. Some of my glassware measures ... well, one has nearly completely lost it's markings (too many trips through the dishwasher) This one will never lose it's markings. ... short of being run over by the minivan. ... which I never park in the kitchen.

I bought this to mix lye solutions for making soap. It's a perfect size for mixing small to medium size batches and adding ingredients. The handle itself is far sturdier than what I had thought it would be, and the thickness of the stainless is pretty substantial. I think it should take some banging around and still hold up.- Markings on the side are very easy to read, even in low light and without reading glasses.- The lip of the pitcher is slightly beveled outwards, giving it a drip point for an easier pour in case you don't wish to use the spout- There are no crevices to trap liquid or particles. The entire inside of the unit is a solid single piece of rolled stainless, thus making it very easy to clean- The handle is attached from the outside with no rivets or weld points inside the pitcher. Nothing to break free or leak- Both the inside and outside are brushed. While the outside has a noticeable texture for gripping purposes, the inside brushed finish has little to no texture. It's not a polished finish, but it isn't textured enough that it holds onto any material, and is again, very easy to clean.5 out of 5 stars, and I'd buy this again in a second. I only wish I'd gotten one earlier.

I am not going to lie - this has not seen my kitchen ………. But I use it as a dog scoop. I love it because the measurements are on the inside which makes it super easy to tell how much is in it. It holds two cups so it’s pretty large. Larger than I needed, but I wanted something that didn’t feel cheap. This one definitely doesn’t. I’ve used some of the ones my friends have had and they feel like a thin light metal scoop. This feels like it’s going to last forever. :)

Solid piece of kitchen gear. comfortable handle and the markings are easy to read.We got it to measure out water for our coffee maker. It may sound a little excessive, but measuring your water with something like this as opposed to your coffee pot will extend the life of your machine by not introducing coffee oils and residue into the pump and heater.

I was looking for a metal 2-cup measuring cup - I have a very old one that was my grandmother's. This is very good quality, but has markings only on the inside so it's not ideal for me to use. It's also designed for liquid measure, not dry (which I needed.) I'll keep it and use it from time to time.

I like the handle. That it’s 2 cups so easily know how much I’m feeding the dogs, and washable, not plastic and degradable. I had bought stainless steel scoops previously but when scooping dog food it would spill out of the scoop so this cup is better.

Bought this to save time making humming bird food. Nicely made product..
