I like the fan. It is unique and I have gotten several positive comments. It is quit but provides good circulation. The remote is very useful. It is nice to be able to turn on the fan as soon as you walk in the room

Very good looking fan and a useful dual light. Fan is very good at rotating air efficiently and for the most part circulates cool air. Light color change could be useful in different situations. Thumbs up for the quality of the product!

We purchased a 48" fan from Razaban and loved it. We purchased a second fan a 36" fan a few months later for our guest room. I can't say enough about this product. Like the first one we bought, this one is so quiet and very pretty. Customer service with Raza B is outstanding!

Really beautiful fan. Whisper quiet and bright light. Instructions were really terrible.Here are simplified instructions for any novices like we were:1. Install bracket to ceiling box.2. Place black "fan control" box into bracket. We found this in with the remote control AFTER we thought we had hooked everything up.3. Connect all wiring.4. Place boom cap over ceiling fan top and feed wires through it.5 Place bracket cover on top of boom cap.4. Push boom through cap and cover into fan connector on top of fan (secure with pin provided) and tighten screws.5. Lift fan to bracket and place boom head in bracket. Align groove.6. Connect all your wires.7. Loosen two screws in bracket to align with ceiling cap.8. Lift ceiling cap, tuck in wires and screw cap on. Tighten screws.9. Turn to rotate light lid until it comes off.10. Unscrew screws from fan. Attach led light with the screws.11. Connect wires. (The two white wires confused us. We then found the L and N markings on the LED box so that we could figure out which was the neutral wire)12. Screw the cover back on.

This product arrived fine, but the instructions that came for install were the worst instructions I have ever encountered in my life, told you basically nothing. (wouldn't normally need much, but this fan is quite different than most) Lucking I have been a flipping houses for 30 years and have installed hundreds of ceiling fans, and finally tossed the 1 small sheet of instructions (if that's what you want to call them) and went strictly with intuition, and finally 8 hours later it was installed and works fine. Please don't buy this with personal installation in mind. It will be a nightmare I promise, it was for me, even with my experience.

The fan I received was an error in shipping, but I like it better than the one I originally ordered. The fan does an excellent job of moving the air and is quite the topic of conversation with lots of "Oh, my, look at that!" Some of my friends plan on ordering similar fans. The one I have is brown with a tiffany style shade--gorgeous!

First, the seller was very responsive to my emails. And after installing one of the two 48" fans that I purchased, it does work well.However, there are some big caveats.First, the instructions included with the 1st fan, are completely outdated with regard to the installation of the light kit. No mention was made that the LED light is installed with magnets. The instructions had them being installed with screws. After that, the installation went smoothly.Now to the seriously disappointing aspects. As others have mentioned, the light is absolutely NOT dimmable. The seller both admitted that it's not dimmable, and also tried to convince me that dimmable meant that you can change the light "color". I tried, likely in vain, to explain that the terms "dimmable" and "color changing" cannot be used interchangeably. The last problem with the light, is that you cannot set the light to one particular color. Each time you turn the light off and on, it changes the light color, from soft white, to cool white, to daylight. Meaning, that when you turn the light on and it's not the color you want, you will have to turn it off and on until you get to the desired color. Poorly designed?The second big disappointment had to do with the style of the fan. One of the things that drew me to the fan, was the flying saucer shaped "floating" canopy that sits above the main fan body. The same photos showing this canopy also show logos in 2 places that say "minkave". The fans received did not have the "floating canopy" or the logos. I've included 2 photos. One of my installed fan, and one from the ad. I sent the same photos to the seller, and they insist they're the same fans, except they did admit that the logos are not there. You be the judge as to whether the two fans look identical. If these were not being installed in spare bedrooms, I'd seriously consider returning them.

I love it. It is quiet- has 3 speed of air and really circulated the air well. 2 types of LED lights. Soft lights and fluorescent. No bulbs needed
