Great ice pack that can used in multiple situations! It gets cold quickly and stays cold for a long time. It is durable, flexible, and extremely helpful. It has been a tremendous help for pain management.

I can’t believe how many people I have told about this ice pack. It’s huge which is great. It’s not too heavy. I am bad about using it for longer than 20 minutes (maybe more like an hour) but ice helps so much with pain. And after an hour of use, the ice pack is still cold. There is frost on the back. It’s just magic. I use this primarily on my back but it would work anywhere. I also like the material and the binding. I had a favorite ice pack before this purchase that had a seam break which then leaked clay. I don’t think I can go back to that kind of ice pack. I will get another one of these Magic Gel packs.

Okay so I’m absolutely obsessed with these. I got the two pack that comes with a little pouch and Velcro, so you can wrap around to secure. I spent hundreds of dollars on cooling mats, cooling shirts, etc., everything I could possibly think of to keep my dog cool despite the year-round hot climate we live in. Can I just say these handy and affordable things are absolutely amazing and a quarter of the cost! I can either use it by itself and put it in the bottom of her little tote bag or on the extra hot days, I can wrap it around little Koconut for an instant cooling effect. It’s soft without being stiff and stays cold / cool for a couple hours. Highly recommend for a pup for a person!

I didn’t think much about how much you need something like this in your home until my granddaughter tripped and went face first into my wood floor. Needless to say, I bought these. They say cold for a long time, they aren’t too thick, they have worked for what I’ve needed them for, and the Velcro straps make them easy to hold. Even I use them at times.

I was torn between this size or a smaller one that was a couple dollars less. I’m so glad I went with this. The extra inch makes a difference and I didn’t expect that. Allowed me to wrap it and pull it down rather than sticking up in weird ways at the end. It’s flexible even when right out of the freezer. It is COLD! I mean painfully cold even through a sweat shirt, so be sure to wrap it in a towel. I use a light weight gauze throw blanket. Long enough to use it to wrap around me and thick enough to regulate just how cold this gets. It gets warm in about 35mins if laid on, but works like a charm and freezes back surprisingly fast. Since it’s clay and gel I can move it around and spread it out inside itself. Much easier than the gel one I have. I plan to buy another. Just so I can rotate them. Great value, sturdy material and seams. Well made and flexible. Highly recommend and actually plan to use this summer to keep my bed cooler.

My kids love these. The silly faces help them find their smiles and they like how squishy they are and they stay cold well past needed from what we’ve experienced. The size and fit has been great for my kids who range in age but what I like best is the handle is great for my toddler who isn’t the best at holding an ice pack in place. Definitely recommend these especially if you have littles.

I initially LOVED these ice packs-the designs are adorable, and they froze quickly. The hand strap is a great feature, and I also like the fabric cover on half of the ice pack. However, shortly after a month of minor use, 1 of the ice packs burst open at the seam and became unusable. I shrugged that one off and figured maybe it just wasn't made as well, but we still had 3 others to use. However, now 3 of the 4 have split/ burst open at/near the seam. It looks like they may have a manufacturing defect-I think they're just overfilled with the freezer beads, and when they're frozen and expand, they burst at the weakest point (at the seam). Due to the length of time since I purchased them, I can't return them, which is disappointing. I'll be looking for a different brand as a replacement 😕

He tenido muchas lesiones deportivas (esguinces, desgarros musculares...) y he usado hielo muy a menudo para tratarlas. Pero usando el típico remedio casero: una bolsa de plástico del súper con los hielos dentro envuelto con una toalla. Pero en esta ocasión me han operado de la cadera y tenía que usar hielo como parte de la rehabilitación. Por lo que quería "algo más cómodo de usar". Tenía pensado comprar una bolsa de hielo con tapón, como las de los hospitales. Pero finalmente, me decanté por esta solución porque me pareció mucho más cómoda: fue un ACIERTO PLENO. En primer lugar conviene leerse las instrucciones ya que dice un par de cosas importantes: 1 - Hay que LAVAR la bolsa antes del primer uso: la habrán hecho en un taller y habrá viajado por decenas de almacenes, que no están esterilizados. Y además vas a meterla junto con tus alimentos. Por tanto, importante lavarla bien la primera vez. También es posible que la vayas a colocar sobre una cicatriz quirúrgica (como es mi caso), por lo cual, otro motivo más para lavarla a conciencia. 2 - NO COLOCARLA NUNCA directamente sobre la piel: produce un frío muy intenso que puede provocarte quemaduras. Siempre hay que poner una toalla o trapo de cocina envolviendo le bolsa de gel. Es el sistema más cómodo que he probado y tiene un montón de VENTAJAS: 1 - Lo sacas del congelador y LISTO PARA SU USO(no tienes que sacar cubitos, ni bolsas ni demás historias). 2 - Se ADAPTA perfectamente a cualquier zona del cuerpo: puedes modelarlo a tu antojo, ya que es un gel (esto no puedes hacerlo con las bolsas de hielo). 3 - Produce un frío muy INTENSO: las bolsas de hielo dependen de dónde estén colocados los hielos. 4 - Produce un frío muy UNIFORME: al ser un gel el frío es uniforme en toda la bolsa. No como en las bolsas de hielo que depende de dónde estén colocados los hielos. 5 - Cubre una GRAN SUPERFICIE: adecuado para casi cualquier lesión. Las bolsas de hielo son mucho más pequeñas, por lo que tienes que andar cambiándolas de sitio para tratar toda la zona afectada. Esto te lo colocas y te olvidas. Con lo que ganas tiempo para ti. 6 - NO CALA. Las bolsas de hielo generalmente acaban calando la toalla o la cama. La bolsa de gel moja ligeramente la toalla, como resultado de la condensación, pero no gotea. La toalla queda humedecida pero no escurre. Esto es otra comodidad, porque te puedes dormir olvidándote que la tienes puesta. 7 - Terminas y AL CONGELADOR, lista para el siguiente uso (no tienes que deshacerte de los hielos, secar la bolsa, colgar a secar la toalla...). Es un sistema comodísimo. 8 - Almacena FRÍO O CALOR. Aunque yo sólo la he probado con frío. Para que almacene calor tienes que sumergirla en una palangana u olla con agua hirviendo. 9 - Llegó AL DÍA SIGUIENTE por Amazon Prime. Por eso me decanté por este modelo: me corría prisa. En definitiva: mucho más CÓMODA, FUNCIONAL y EFICIENTE que cualquier bolsa de hielos (casera o de hospital). Muy satisfecho con la compra: 110% RECOMENDABLE.
