Sorry but for a book like this i had expected better quality paper, this is the cheapest paper they could find. Since this is a book you keep picking up, it should have been made of longer lasting paper.What I have red so far? I love it, I have a cat with a nasty dry cold for over a year and yes i found it in this book one downfall, where do i get those herbs?? So that will be tricky, but at-least I got options again, and i like that!!

This is a must read if you want to learn more about the 5 element, meridians, Eight principles….
