Good product But Installation is a challenge
This is a repeat purchase for me. Last time I have purchased it two years back and Installation was free for 6litre capacity. This time I tried to call Venus for free Installation. But service centre contact numbers are not available. Even Amazon could not help for Installation. Only whatsapp chat is available from Venus. Now, if you go to chatting option and put your requirement for Installation for 6 litre capacity, it will show you that it is chargeable. But if you select ' Others ' as service requirement and ask for paid service, service engineers will call and tell you that Installation charges are free for 6 litre capacity and they are ready for service. Now, schedule an appointment for free Installation. This is how I have installed it , WITHOUT INSTALLATION CHARGES. Sounds strange ? But this is what I have experienced. Great experience indeed from Venus and Amazon.

Bought on admiration for the product. But this time ...
Bought on admiration for the product.But this time,on installation,it worked at the testing.We switched it off,drained the hot water and, after a gap,switched it on.But the light doesn't burn,and water doesn't get heated.Have called the authorized service people to resolve the problem.Hope it gets working without deficiency. If problem persists,it will have to be redressed .I'm rather upset by it.

Excellent water heater. Perfect for high rise buildings and bathrooms with false celing right in space.Water heating and thermostat function works as expected!!

Good for small and immediate use
U can feel the hot water within 45 seconds, but not good for continuous showers, I like Venus because extremely durable, my old Venus heater still working more than 12 years even broken body...

Good water heater for home use with shower.
Very good, well designed water heater. Compact, space saving design. The temperature control knob is very useful to get water at desired temperature and save energy.
