Works on 2021 explorer
Worked on my 2021 explorer limited most mistake and thinks it taps into back of tail light but it plugs into harness behind rear kick panels.

Mostly Plug and Play.
Liked: Plug and play with the wire harness connectors. No splicing required.Box is small enough to mount between the body and trunk liner.High quality installation materials.Wiring for trailer is very long.Disliked: Having to run a dedicated power line from the battery to the control box. Not sure why the lights can't be powered from the harnesses.Double sided mounting tape is weak. Doesn't stick to the control box, needed to use different tape to hold.

Super easy to install
I haven't been able to use it yet so I can't really say that it works perfectly but I don't doubt that it will work fine. Installation was incredibly easy. For people who have never installed a car amplifier or external lights then the hardest part might be running the power cable from the battery and creating a ground but there is a ton of youtube videos to help with that.

Works everytime
This was the second time I used this kit. Installs very quickly as it is plug and play into existing wire harness. But the kit did not include the coil of power wire that is required to run it to the battery. I had wire available but that would have posed a unneeded delay had I not had a backup.

I had to splice in 12"-18" on the green passenger side wire to get it to reach with the box mounted on a good flat on the driver
As listed for the 2014 Ford Taurus... I would have given it 5 stars except, I had to splice in 12"-18" on the green passenger side wire to get it to reach with the box mounted on a good flat on the driver side... Don't understand why they don't have a bit extra instead of a bit short, a single 16 ga. wire couldn't cost that much per foot...lol...Have a good one...Tater...

Easy install
Easy plug and play install.

Works perfectly. the wire between the right side to the left side was a little short and running the power wire was a pain.

Easy to install
This was easy to install, you have to have basic skills in order to install and not too many tools are required. Work first time with no issues at all.
