I ordered the XL because i was used to getting my shirts and shorts at that size. I lost some weight doing bjj tho (abt 15-20lbs) and these in an XL are a little to baggy. Theres a ton of room in the legs and butt that i dont really need. I shouldve got the large. I would recommend ordering a size down if you are considering. all in all tho the build and design are awesome. the waist is a draw string which im not a huge fan of as i prefer no draw string but some people might prefer that.

Perfect rash guard for bjj, gi and no gi. Comfortable and highly durable, looks hella sick.
