GreenPan Valencia Pro Hard Anodised Healthy Ceramic Non-Stick 30 cm Frying Pan Skillet, PFAS-Free, Induction, Oven Safe, Grey

UPDATE: I had previously given this a one-star review for the reasons below (if you're interested), but as a last resort I decided to boil some salt water in the pan and then try it again. Since I did that, it's worked fine and nothing has stuck to it. So try it if you have the same problem I had. OLD REVIEW: I bought this a while back but quickly gave up on it. The non-stick coating in most of it seems fine but there's one section that everything sticks to, making it pretty much useless. There's absolutely no visible damage to that section and it was like that from first use - I didn't damage it or anything. A pity, cos it's otherwise very well made. I have another Greenpan (Venice Pro rather than Valencia Pro) which is much, much better.

I have tried so many pans over the years and always searching for one that does it all and does it best, finally I found one. I always avoided GreenPan thinking they were very expensive, but you get what you pay for when it comes to this pan. Firstly it is PFAS, a must for safety these days. I use induction and it cooks evenly all across the pan, it is non stick even with eggs although I do use a little oil and don't cook on maximum heat. It is so easy to clean and all round a joy to use. I know which pan to buy in future. A word for those, like me, who use induction - never cook on maximum heat if you want non stick, regulate your heat and you will have no problems.

I've been a GreenPan customer for a long time now and have a number of saucepans that have been fantastic. I've also spent a fortune buying them as gifts for others. So when it came to getting a new frying pan, this was the obvious choice. What a mistake. As many others have said - within a few weeks of getting the pan (and caring for it exactly as I have with all of the saucepans that have served me perfectly for many years - and completely in line with the instructions) things started to stick. This got worse and worse until it was basically unusable. I wrote to GreenPan and they (to their credit) sent a replacement under the warranty. Great. Except exactly the same happened again - within a few weeks, anything and everything stuck. The pic shows what was left over as a result of cooking a simple omelette so you can see what I mean. So I contacted GreenPan again but this time they refused to do anything about it. Despite the many review on here saying the exact same thing, they refuse to acknowledge that there's a product fault, instead saying that it's 'user care error' (funny how none of my GreenPan saucepans have had the same problem...). When I pointed this out and said that the pan was still well within warranty I was told that a replacement pan was not covered by any warranty - even though I was still well under the warranty term of the original purchase. When I asked for them to show the Ts&Cs where this is stated, the response was simply that "it's not written done - we just do it to be commercial". i.e., it's just to make money out of you even if we sell you a duff product. They've lost me as a customer for life as a result and all I can say about this pan is save your money - get a Tefal.

Been using to stir-fry vegetables and rice in coconut oil and it is perfect. Nothing sticks to the pan surface whatsoever. Its also very easy to clean - I use 2 squares of kitchen roll to wipe the surface and its spotless in seconds.

Excellent pan, excellent non-stick capability. I have read some reviews that say these pans don't last and it is utter rubbish. Just look after the pan and use common sense. Don't subject it to heat shock i.e. don't stick it under the tap or in the sink straight off the hob, wait for it to cool before cleaning. NO ABRASIVES, just use a cloth/sponge with soapy water. Don't overheat it! This isn't for searing steaks, stirfry or fajitas... get a cast iron, wrought iron or carbon steel pan for that stuff. Don't use metal utensils on it. Don't put it in your dishwasher. I have a mini one of these that is still going strong after 4 years despite not always adhering to the above advice.

Works well just wish it was available in sky blue as that’s what friend wanted. The sky blue available wasn’t large enough so opted for this one so far so good

This pan like all the green pan professional range is so easy to clean. It cooks very well on our range as well as our ceramic hob. We bought the wok some four years ago and that is going strong. So if it lasts as well as that one (I've no reason to think it wont) it works out good value despite not being the cheapest.

Die Pfanne funktioniert hervorragend. Sie ist bei mir schon einige Wochen in Gebrauch, die sind aber spurlos an ihr vorübergegangen. Man sollte das Gargut nicht lange allein lassen, damit man den Grad des Kross-Backens selbst bestimmen kann. Ab einem gewissen Punkt geht es schnell, aber eben mit wenig Fett und kurzer Gardauer. Alles Top.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden seit 4 Jahren. Sehr gute Qualität. Beinahe Täglich im Einsatz.

I have purchased these pans year ago and they are amazing. I will be buying more.
