doesn't stick well on recycled paper bags

I really needed these stickers for my cheese Shop since we have been delivering so much and our items are perishable. The color and size are great and sticks great to cardboard boxes for shipping and plastic. However, it does not stick that well to brown paper or colored recycled paper bags.
