Rustins Floor Varnish Clear 2.5L Satin

This is very good , easy to applicate, and looks good.Does what it says on the tin

Goes on well, dries very quickly and can walk over varnished surfaces in about 1-2 hours.

Easy to apply and quick drying so was able to finish in a few ours . Lovely satin semi shine. My Customer was really impressed

I did the stairs with it and I must say - it’s great. You need to stir it properly, otherwise you’ll get a shiny and super slippery surface. It is a little bit slippery, but manageable. I put it on the Dulux woodsheen, no issues. Doesn’t smell at all, dries quickly. Amazing. I’m attaching photos before and after 2 coats. One more to do.

I used this product after resanding a wood floor in a kitchen that had seen better days.The owner of the property could not believe the final result and was very happy, a few months later I called back to check on the job and it still looked like the day the varnish was applied.The product was very easy to apply but make sure you prep well removing all debree from the floor otherwise this will let down your hard work, it levels very well with hardley any odor when drying. I applied 2 coats and it gave a fantastic satin finish.All in all a very nice product and will be using it again for any future wood floor projects, thank you Rustins ;-)

Great stuff! Better than expected to finish off my newly stripped stairs. I didn’t want the plastic feeling of varnish on top of my wood so was worried a bit. Put 3 layers on as per instructions. No sanding between layers, goes on evenly, easy to put on, can wash brushes in water and dries super quick to an even finish. I got satin and it looks amazing. Barely used a fifth of a tin!

I used this to cover and coat a DIY painted floor in my kitchen, at the time it was easy enough to put on, but light small coats are needed as I have some areas where it did not get smoothed out enough and are lumpy and catch a lot of dirt. It has been about 18months in a high traffic area and there are now chips of the paint coming off in some areas, so for a long term solution this is not perfect but for a short period of time it has been effective. I would recommend if you need a floor covering in a low traffic area it might hold up better but 18months is the lifespan for a busy area that it used daily.

j'ai bien reçu le pot de vernis mais quant j'ai oubert le colis le pot de vernis etais malfermé et c'est répandu dans la pochedonc j'ai perdu 1/4 du vernis j'espere que pour la perte vous aller envoié un autre pot merçi d'avance

Da gusto que no huela y a la hora de limpiar los utensilios

En brillo solo he puesto una estrella pues es satinado, es un barniz muy duro al secar y como todo los utensilios se lavan con agua es muy practico.El unico problema fue que el bote llego un poco destapado por lo que se salio un poco de barniz por la lata y el embalaje, al ser al agua no costo solucionarlo.
