Very happy with this. I Ummm-ed and Ahhh-ed over multiple taps before deciding on this one. And I am pleased I took the time to decide. The plumber said it was simple to fit. The ceramic handles are a quarter turn and are smooth in operation. The aerator on the cold was not a selling point but is actually nice - although as we have very hard water I shall have to keep and eye to see how quickly it scales up. It feels solidly made, the colour is true to picture and all in all - very happy!

These are beautiful taps. I bought ours a few months ago have been waiting for a plumber. The tap was half the price of other taps on the market. Quality was as good as some and better than most. I don’t know how this company can sell a quality item for such an affordable price. Gold polished taps are so expensive, so we were so happy to find this company. They have not cut back on quality either we are very happy. The plumber said it was so easy to fit he could have done it with his eyes closed. He too was amazed at the price. Once upon a time my husband could have fitted the tap, instructions and fittings were easy, his knee was playing up, old age :-) I highly recommend this beautiful tap and this honest seller. We are very happy customers…

I love this tap, it's stylish, and very slick. Although the water comes out very fast and a bit fierce, at first it splashed everywhere.. so just have to go easy and I'm used to it now.

I chose this based on the price and attractiveness compared to the kitchen taps I was replacing; they look like a better version of the ten-plus year old taps that had started playing up. Installation was not as easy as I had hoped, since the original taps had solid copper pipe fixed to 15mm compression fittings. Having replaced those with standard tap connectors, it was then as easy as expected to connect up the supplied flexible pipes. As always, the hardest part was trying to do up the nut on the underside of the tap block, but that's mostly because I don't have a nice tap spanner. Luckily there is enough space under the draining board for a standard spanner to be used from inside the cupboard (after taking the drawer out!), albeit a quarter turn at a time. After all that, though, all is well, nothing is leaking and we have nice looking taps for what that's worth. Of course, within a week I've found that the flexible pipes really do not like going in to a tap fitting that is a ninety degrees. The hot water seems to have softened the pipe up enough to allow for it to end up kinked, restricting the flow. This is a minor inconvenience that will have to be dealt with eventually. The cold tap has developed a slight squeak after three months, but other than that I'm still happy with my purchase.

Looks great and easy to install but poor quality materials. Has only been installed for a month and is already leaking. Plumber did state that it was a cheap tap that wouldn’t last long. Don’t waste your money.

Top quality… even my plumber says so! It’s a job to install with existing kitchen sink in place as fittings are behind the sink so requires considerable mobility to get in and under so to speak. Tap are smooth and free from jarring when opening / closing. Haven’t experienced any side splash or leakage from the spout / tap mixer. All fittings came with said mixer. Went for the brushed nickel version which gives a quality look in my opinion. Taps are apparently set a bit wider than the norm my plumber said. Not seeing this as an issue….see photo. So, can’t rate high enough and delivery was double quick too. Top marks all round.

Very courteous Driver and the Produce was even better than I expected.

This is a quality product, sturdy, good water flow and attractive piece of kit. I wasn't sure of the type of finish but it fits in with my kitchen decor and looks the part. Only criticism was that no fitting instructions are supplied which, although fitting should be pretty straightforward it would be helpful for the novice to have some back up information.

Sieht gut aus und macht einen wertigen Eindruck. Der Perlator ist allerdings Schrott und wurde von mir gegen einen hochwertigen getauscht. Der Austausch ist allerdings, bedingt dadurch, dass hier das kalte und warme Wasser bis zum Perlator in getrennten Röhrchen geführt wird, nicht so einfach. Das innere Rohr muss dafür gekürzt werden. Das ist mit einer Eisensäge zu machen. Also eher was für Handwerker. ;-)
