Great product to make your stomach feel full for 6-8 hrs without need to take any food. and great for the calorie-conscious person who needs to cut fat /seeking serious weight loss. I am using a single capsule every day during lunchtime at around 1 PM and it makes me feel full tummy till 9-10 PM. The benefit is that it hardly has any calories and if you are in intense need for burning fat without any input of calories, you can use this product. Pros: 1 spoon of powder expands to about 19 times holding so much of water and forms a Jelly /slurry-like material, a water-soluble fibre, which is non-digestible at all and gets out thru your stool smoothly thereby cleaning the whole of your intestine and digestive system. It makes n keeps your tummy full for long without you feeling hungry or starving. If you eat anything after taking this capsule, the slurry-like material tangles all such things within the slurry, making such food/medicine less possible to get absorbed into the body. The good thing is if you are eating any high-fat / high-spice food, such food /spices/fats get mixed with the Jelly and does not gets digested at all, and after 8-10 hrs the Jelly will get out thru your stool smoothly. If you take the capsule twice, once in the morning and once in the evening, you will hardly feel hunger or will intend to take any food or calories. If you are taking this capsule before food, then the Jelly formed will slowly and sustainably releases the carbs to the body, while disallowing the fats to gets absorbed thereby helps greatly in maintaining the sugar and lipid levels in your blood, which disallow bad cholesterol, triglycerides to gets absorbed in your body. It keeps your digestive system clean and makes you feel comfortable if you are having a troubled digestive system. You need to take 2-3 glass of water while taking the capsules and at least ½ litre water every 2 hrs for getting the best result. Cons: The capsule material is made of some non-vegetarian product so vegetarian should avoid it and rather go for a capsule-less powder. If you are taking only the powder (not the capsule) then swallow the dry powder and immediately drink 2-3 glass full of water, else the swelling of fibre material with water will start in your throat itself. Modern day sedentary lifestyle coupled with toxic diets has contributed significantly to gut disorders. I for one cannot survive without probiotics for long. Was in a lookout of some new supplement and ended up finding this. Dosage: May defer from person to person. My body is able to tolerate just two capsules in a day which I consume at night time (30-45 min before meal) with lots of water. (Amazon.com reviews scared me enough so water is important) Have been using this supplement for a week now and have had no side affects. Obviously I have to use the washroom more often and my stomach feels full. Goodbye to the occasional constipation. Bloating has reduced significantly. Do some google search and you would be amazed to find the host of benefits that come with consumption of Glucomannan. This product would be on my regular purchase list now.

I believe it helped cleaning my gut than weight loss. In my opinion gut cleaning is equally important, hence I am satisfied with the value for the money paid.

What a waste ... !! Don’t fall for it

Bovine protein is not acceptable to most Indians .. please make it written in prominent quote on front lable before selling it.. pork and beef should me mentioned on all edible products if not vegetarian.. This is not Europe or us

Bovine refers to animals like cattle, oxen, and buffalo. Gelatin is a group of proteins that make up soft tissue like hair, nails, cartilage, and such. Totally misleading information.

Bought these to try and help me with my weight. Seems to be working they make you feel full.

I bought this as the Glucommanan I had previously was in a bag and I wanted a tub to store the pills. I was hopeful that the higher dose would help the feeling of satiety more however these have made no difference. I will be going back to the original brand I bought as they actually helped. Wouldn't recommend.

Getting through the day was doable but being hungry at night was not, so taking 2 with a lot of water did the trick and got me through the night. drinking a whole glass with each capsule is key
