Hai dears, any one searching potassium metabisuphate (campton tablet) for wine making they should have to buy this.its very cheap.. Working perfectly...But the calculation of dosa is difficult.. For making 20 liter wine. 2gm is sufficient. If you are doing bulk aging add every 3 months once. It prevent oxidation of your wine. It preserve natural colour and aroma. Over dosa of this wil cause rotten egg smell ( sulphate smell)

Purix potassium meta bi sulphite for home brewing
I am using this for making wine and it works fine. Price is little high when compared with local market, but you need just 40 to 50 ppm, so doesn't matter.

For wine stabilisation
I used it to stabilize the home made wine and it worked really well. One has to know how much to add for any preservation process as some will be used to bind some will remain free . The stabilised wine tasted much better.
