These are good for ROAD disc brakes. If the calipers are MTB disc brakes then the RL520 would be the correct model. For instance, AVID makes a ROAD BB7 caliper and a MTB BB7 caliper.

But if you're asking about the whole braking system, well you'd need cable cutters, electrical tape, brake cables, handlebar tape, scissors, a level (optional for the handlebars) and whatever tool is used for the pinch bolt on your brakes.
