The diagram on the bulb shows that one end connets to neutral and other to hot, though if used on a 220 circuit both ends are hot since it is a multivolt bulb. I use a black felt pen to mark tombstone connector and bulb so that it is easier to get apparent polarity right. For the price these bulbs aren't much more than some flourescent bulbs and cheaper than a new ballast. Since T12 bulbs are being phased out it just makes sense to go LED instead of a T8 ballast on retrofits. Plus my client wants to go all LED eventually. I give a 5 star rating because they are bright, have minimal sag, and are affordable. Even if they last as long as a standard flourescent, pricewise it is still a win for the client because of energy savings.

I use these for my warehouse that I own. I was under the impression that they would all come perfectly working but 2 1/2 out of 30 order was broken. I blame quality for the 1/2 and 2 on USPS Everything else worked fine though and they look great. So just be careful, they might not be the most durable while being shipped to you. Most seemed to be crushed mine came via USPS

One bulb only burns 1/2 of the way. Need to replace only one bulb, but I think you are going to send me 10 more and I will have to return the bad one withe the other nine. Makes on sense. Return process for this item is confusing. Need help.

In my last case of these bulbs I had 2 bad bulbs. They are still under warranty, what do I have to do to have these bulbs replaced?

I have an unheated garage and the old 8 ft lamps were always going out and didn't give much light. The led lamps were very easy to install and really light up the place. This coming winter will show how they do in cold weather.

One light was bent and did not fit properly!

Hey are simple to install sofar 8 of 10 lit up but time will tell about quality brightness is so much better had no idea what I was missing
