Quality of rod is not very excellent.Is rod par bahut weight bhi nahi lagaya jaa sakta...claim chahe jo bhi kare....for single rod upto 10kg or 15kg weight is okayDo not go beyond thisI put maximum 10kg weight on this.And I exercise with careone complaint is seller send me 1 defective lock out of two locks.It might does not happen for all.Overall as per price range....good option... satisfied with product.

Great value for money, excellent for home use
Great value for money as I got the set of 2 rods for 129/- only. The rods are sturdy for light loads and have very good grip. The size of both rods are same unlike with many other sellers who give different sized rods. The only drawback is that the rubber is recycled and emits a recycled/molten smell. But considering that Iron costs Rs 85/kg, I would say that this is an excellent dumbbell rods for the price.

Got Damage product ๐ก๐ก
I got Damage product, threads are not proper cuts , 130/-in this prise product is good but hard to operate every time we need press forcefully

Its plastic it says there is a steel pipe inside but trust me its not

quality is low
plastic screw broke of the fist day and the rod is made of hollow tube .Add 100-200 and we can get a better quality one with steel bolts .
