Some of the tantalizing tidbits/features in this kindlebook; Doc’s Of The Bay-Zak Silverman-Oakland California including a recipe for a fried chicken sandwich with fennel slaw,Big D’s Grub Truck Dennis Kum New York NY and his recipe for fried chicken, a macaroni and cheese and a pork burger with bacon tomato jam recipe from Timothy Mark Abell and Caleb Patrick Orth of Los Angeles California inspired by Flat Iron truck, a Rockin Hero Burger from Brett Eanes of Mix’D Up Food Truck, BBQ pulled tacos from Hill Country Barbecue truck Redwood City California, Pie Pushers food truck, Frencheeze Food Truck, The Egg Carton food truck, The Urban Oven truck based out of Los Angeles California, and a recipe for bacon and sweet onion pizza and more.

This looks like an awesome book. I cannot wait to read it. It appears to be well-written. There are a lot of recipes with color photos. Great job! I hope you have another book coming out! Will purchase again!

A lot of the recipies look amazing and the ones we have tried have been good but since they are from food trucks that make mass quantities of this it seems like some of the proportions are off when in smaller serving sizes. The instructions could also be a bit more descriptive.

Interesting recipes and stories. I like that the authors highlighted trucks from around the country. I’ve never read their blog but I’ll check it out based on this book.

Love all the recipes and the beautiful pictures! It will be fun to find some of these places to eat on our travels. We love to try new places. Or would be awesome to make them a destination road trip! We are foodies on the raid!

Love this cookbook. Only complaint I have is that most recipes are meant for making large portions which is understandable since it is to serve large groups. Since I cook for two, I have to scale down the recipes.

Excellent food truck road trip book with recipes coming from popular food trucks across the United States and Canada. I recognize several food trucks in the United States - and yes these treats are good. The stories and why these recipes exist - they have found a place in our memories, hearts and stomachs.
