Stephen Joseph Wooden Play Set Sweet

This is a seriously adorable set. Every part of it can be customized to your kid's content. The square cakes can be mixed and matched, and so can the cupcakes. You top each one with an apple, cherry, candle, butterfly, etc. You do need a screwdriver to build the cake holder/plate but it's a 1 minute set up. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the holes for the toppings are fine for the square cakes, but the cupcake holes are a tad too small making it virtually impossible for my 2 year old to get anything to fit without my help. And even then I need to really push them in.The colors are really sweet and after looking at all the other versions out there, this one seemed like it would have the most interchangeable options. The candle is a really nice touch. The candle is wooden but the flame part is felt so when your kid blows, it "flickers". very cute.4 stars.

The colors and set up are so cute and pretty, and I know my 3 year old will adore it. However, I was shocked at how tiny this was! The trays of the stand are the size of saucers, and the cupcakes themselves are the size of my thumb! It honestly looks like a set that was made for a doll :( Although it's so cute, I just can't get past the ridiculously small size. Same issues with the Stephen Joseph tea party set! TINY!

Very cute. Fun to use for a tea party. It had to be assembled. I used wood glue to attach small wood pieces to cakes. I didn't want to take a chance of them coming apart with my one year old granddaughter. Nice colors. Cakes are velcroed together. I had to fabric glue one piece of velcro immediately because it was loose.

Although this is super cute, when put together, the stand is really crooked. This was a Christmas gift and I didn't have time to exchange it, so we kept it as is. If the stand was straight, I would have given it 5 stars.

It is a cute set, but the pieces are smaller than I expected and might easily be lost.

My granddaughter loves it!

Very disappointed, bought this for our granddaughters 2nd birthday. When we opened and started to put together we noticed it was chipped and peeling on the top tier.
