Wanted it to hang on opposite end of shower . Split the top straightened out the rods and bent offset hooks . Now it hangs on the towel rack and it is better than ever .

Falls off my shower wall all the time. Survives every fall though.

Not often do I get duped by something as simple as a suction cup, but today it happened. In an effort to make some super-suction apparatus the company has made a cam-action suction cup which engages in the above 3 step process. And you better use it, or it won't stick to anything!!The basket is a true SS as tested by a magnet, so also a plus! If I could change anything it'd be the dimensions but a decent basket overall.

Like that basket a lot, very strong, holds to the wall well.Update after few months. After first few days this baskets held strong, but not for very long, after few weeks they started on falling off, and I had few big BOOMS in the middle of the night with all the shampoos and soaps all over bathtub. Big mess, and the huge noise in the night is very irritating.I tried to reattach them really good to my super flat shower wall few times, but they keeps on falling every two weeks or so.At first I gave 4 stars, but now I have to take some stars off, I am sorry to say it, but really this baskets are wast of money ! I have three of them and all are doing the same thing. I have to find something else.

after reading all the reviews on this product I was very reluctant to purchase it, but though, hey, if it doesn't preform as desired I can always send it back for a refund. When it arrived, i followed all the instructions and got it hung. After about 10 minutes one of the suction cups gave way and was just hanging by one suction cup. I re-cleaned the area and the suction cups with glass cleaner and rehung it per instruction. It has now been hanging on the tile wall for over a month with no further problems. I have a large bottle of shampoo and another large bottle of conditioner and one small tube of face wash in the basket and am very pleased with the performance of the basket!

I got this to go in my shower and it wouldn't even attach to the smooth tile wall there for whatever reason (I cleaned the surface and followed the directions). Then tried it in my kitchen as a spice rack and it attached but often falls

The product looked great and I was very happy when I received the package. The trouble started when I tried to install the product The basket would not stay attached to the shower wall when any product was placed inside. I only had a small bottle normal sized bottle of shampoo and conditioner, but it seemed to be to much for the basket. One of the suction cups came off and I just threw it in the trash !!!It would probably work fine with kids bath toys.Disappointed

Very unhappy with this shelf. I have followed all the instructions for installing it in our shower and it does not stay up any longer than a couple of days - even with nothing on it! I am putting it on a marble shower tile after cleaning it with alcohol and wetting the suction cups. Very frustrated.

Strong suction cups. Holds without a problem 2 hand towels. Would recommend it.
