They worked so good I ordered an additional 10 pack to finish my kitchen cabinets and used the extras for my bathroom cabinets and one on my basement door that has a springed hinge. Special Notes: * They are chrome plated plastic which makes them very lightweight and it seems like they may be flimsy. However if you install them correctly they are sturdy and they will not flex or move when your cabinet door is closing. * The adjustment screw on the back does not adjust the tension. It just allows you to adjust the depth of the plunger. If you have a heavy door you may have to use two dampers. * You must have springed hinges. To check if you hinges have springs, hold the door open a few inches and let it go. If it closes on its own the hinges most likely have springs. Install could have not gone any easier. It took me about 30 seconds per door. I used two cordless drills to help speed things up. One had a drill bit to drill pilot holes (This is necessary or you will split the wood on your cabinets face frame) and one with a phillips screwdriver bit. Make sure you follow the directions.
