Good Soup for Average Daily Quick Meal
This is a stereotyped Soup for replacing an average daily meal. Salt may be high for some, so add more water to it or vegetables that will decrease the salt effect. I sometimes add oats to temper down the salt. Otherwise it is a good replacement meal when you dont want to go to the hassle of cooking for a long time. For some it might feel a bit artificial but over time you will get used to it. Probably once or maximum twice a week can be helpful in pulling you through they lazy hours you want to enjoy.
