Not only water, but ICE too.
Oh! To have a full Ice bucket again. I thought my Ice Maker was getting worn out. Who knew that all I had to do was change the water filter to get my Ice Maker working again at full capacity. I was tired of only getting a handful of Ice every day. I thought I was going to have to replace the Ice Maker...But then I had a house guest who tried getting filtered water and it seemed to take forever, as it slowly filled the tumbler.Went to Amazon and ordered some replacement water filters. They arrived the next day, and I installed one. Water was running great now, only taking a few seconds to fill a tumbler. I opened the freezer a few hours later, and couldn't help but notice the Ice Bucket was completely FULL!So, If your Ice Maker just isn't making ice like it used to, your problem may be with your water filter. Replace it!

Perfect fit
Fit perfect however I did not turn the water off to replace as instructed. (Samsung also instructs to turn the water off). My fridge is 30 cubic ft and very heavy so I just used a little elbow grease and pushed really hard and twisted as instructed and it worked fine. 20+ plus bucks for 18 months of filtration is a good deal as well. Water and ice taste fine.

Perfect replacement
This is my third time buying these filters, as I change them out every 3 months. Water quality and taste came out good. It takes a minute to swap out the filter. I have the big 4 door samsung fridge and this fits perfectly inside. No difference in noise or longevity. I change the filters whenever the fridge reminds me.

Works great for me--NO LEAKS
I was a little hesitant to purchase because it is not Samsung branded, but I have nothing but good things to say. Installation was very easy and is the exact reverse operation of removing the old filter. Water from the dispenser tastes fine and there are NO LEAKS. Will buy again.

Compare to Samsung filters
I buy these filter replacements over the Samsung ones because the price is much cheaper and don’t notice a difference at all, water has a great taste and filters out all the bad stuff!

A tip for installing the new filter
Hot tip: shut the water off to the fridge before installing. There is too much pressure to put the new filter in if you leave the water on.
