This preemie outfit is adorable! It fits my 17-18 inch full silicone baby dolls. It is just as described, and washes well. Very cute, great for the price.

In my experience preemie sized clothes always fit PERFECT on a full term newborn weighing an average amount. Onesie and pants fit great on a newborn weighing 6lb 13oz! Hat doesn’t fit (well it’s really tiny so I didn’t try it on my newborn) shirt fits okay just a little tight and short
