The delicate step ladder
I bought this product because I was fed up of borrowing a step ladder from the Residents' Association. However, I find that this has to be used with a lot of care. The hinges, top step, floor bushes etc are of molded plastic. The stay is a simple plastic rope. If damaged, I do not see any prospects for repair. When shopping online, pictures can be deceptive.

Good quality. Not better than BATHLA as it has double the weight for the same product which BATHLA is making. Otherwise its sturdy and good for home usage.
