SalomonWomen's Xa Pro 3D Trail Running Shoes

My wife loves these shoes she wears them when we do long walks. Finding a pair of shoes that don't give her blisters is hard.This is her second pair of Salomon's and she has been blister free. She buys a half size up for comfort and there is no need to walk them in.Great shoes thinking of getting a pair for myself.👍

Bought these for a travelling trip back in February which consisted of hikes, trail runs, and general day to day wear. I was especially concerned about the trip/footwear because I had just injured my big toe ("Turf toe"), and it had affected my walking. Despite this, they were really comfortable to wear on all terrain and no discomfort after several hours wear, no matter the weather or terrain. They offered good grip on mud, rocks and hilly walks and runs. I ended up getting special insoles for Turf toe injuries which made the shoes even more comfortable to wear.I got the non goretex ones because I was going to be in South America, and wanted breathable shoes. When they got wet, they dried fairly quickly. So this was a good trade off.Thing to note though... They fit small. I am typically an UK size 7, but after a bit of online faff and eventually having to go to to a shop to get my feet properly measured and try on the mens and womens version in half size increments... I settled on a womens UK size 8.Would definitely recommend, 6 months later, I wear them everyday and they're even more comfortable.

Comes with actual size. Good grip, can be used in outdoor like hiking, running etc. Good quality too.

My ten year old Salomon XA Pro 3D walking shoes are looking a little sad and faded. The tread worn slightly after much use. I walked El Camino de Santiago compostela, Mountain hiking,Mirador challenges etc. Amazing shoes with much support and comfort.I have ordered two new pairs one grey, one red. I know they will last many years. Obviously I still walk much and gain enjoyment from use daily.

They look great are comfortable and waterproof

I've owned several pairs of salomon previosuly and these were purchased to replace the waterproof version as i'm doing a long distance hike in a hot country. I'm a size 6 shoe but normally purchase 6.5 in Salomon (slightly larger for toe space going down hill etc) Recently purchased the Ultra X in 6.5 and they're perfect. Ordered the 6.5 and could feel the big toe of one foot touching the plastic toe cap. Returned and ordered the 7. They are massive and seem to be getting bigger. Unfortunately have worn them outside so will have to wear them with fat wooly socks. The tounge has got thicker which makes the shoe rather warm and creates pressure points on top of feet until broken in. Still got great insole and great grip on all terrain and would be perfect if not too large though.

First off I think they are a sexy shoe with the pop of color on black. They are very stable and jeep my feet in alignment. They're perfect for nature trails and seem to be high quality. The toe box is roomy and allows my toes to spread a bit when I walk. Love em!

I was excited to review these in hopes of helping others decide to purchase.I have worn Solomons in the past and loved them. Over the years I had changed over to Salewa's and Altra's. I hurt my Achillies and needed a different shoe that had a higher drop. These are wonderful! Super roomy in the toe box, hold my heel great, love the traction on the bottom and they are not too heavy. I did a 10 mile hike at 13,000 ft and never once had a problem with my shoes... and i bought them 3 days prior!

Every part of my feet hurt wearing these.They seem to be made differently than all my other solomons..Cheaply made..I feel like I'm wearing a Walmart shoe!

Die Materialqualität und die Verarbeitung der Schuhe sind sehr gut. Der Preis ist in Ordnung. Vom Hersteller werden auch Zwischengrößen angeboten. Due Schuhe fallen etwas kleiner aus, deshalb eine halbe oder ganze Größe höher nehmen (meine Erfahrung, bei bisher knapp 20 Paar Schuhen). Die Sohle hat auch bei Bergtouren einen guten Grip. Bisher gabst noch bei keinem Paar Blasen. Der Schuh ist auch nicht zu schwer. Zudem ist kein Schnürsenkel binden erforderlich. Bei den bisherigen Schuhen war die Sole abgelaufen, Materialschäden oder Schäden am Zip-Verschluss sind noch nicht vorgekommen. Mehr gibts eigentlich nicht zu schreiben. Klare Empfehlung.
