Bought this to use an iPhone 8 in my 2012 VW GTI. The extra cord length is great, and it charges and plays music. Unfortunately, the display does not show song titles or any other info but just says "Aux." Still on the hunt for the holy grail of MDI cords that will charge, play music, and display information.

I order this audi iphone cable on Nov 5, 2019,have used about 4 months.Let me tell everyone the truth, the quality of this Audi adapter cable is very good, because I have used it for so long, and it still works normally. I use the audi ami cord every day to charge and listen to music.The charging speed can be said to be very good, and the charging speed is very fast.Playing music in my Audi car, the sound quality is very good, without any noise.Maybe some models do not match this product, so there will be so many bad reviews, of course, it may be that competitors intentionally write bad comments.But please believe me, only you car model is in Product description .this Audi Apple phone line is really great.The seller's service is also very good, the sister name is jenny

I bought my first car (Audi) a few months back and it came with an older version aux cord, I came across this item and purchased. It is super easy to set up but as I plugged my phone in I realized it isn't equipped to charge phones as said in the description. I was a little disappointed but I always have my phone charged before going somewhere in my car as well as carry a car charger in my car. Overall I think it is a little too pricey for not being able to charge but I do love being able to play my own music on the road and the quality of the sound is 10/10 great!

My cord does not charge my phone as advertised. I was hoping to use this as a media interface + charger as the product description stated, but i will have to look elsewhere. The product does enable audio streaming (hence my 2 stars), but there are better products on the market if audio is all you require.

I have been through 4 of these now over the past 2 years, and have found that the cable quality is total garbage and cannot withstand multiple daily plugging ins and outs. I've decided to go with a MDI to female USB port and just replace the cable (of which I have dozens) instead of purchasing a new one of these every 6 months.

A great way to play media from your iPhone in your Audi. Sound quality is average but I dont have a very discriminaating ear. Will not charge your phone at all, not sure why it says that. I have used it every day for two months, now it is starting to fail. I am three days outside of my return window. Looking for a different brand to repolace this one.

I wasn't expecting anything amazing but I definitely wasn't expecting it to break after 30 days of use. The head of the chord literally detached when I plugged it into my phone. The thing that goes into the iPhone got stuck in the charging port, which left me to go to apple and yea. Turned into a situation that could've been avoided if I spent a little more money on a quality item. wouldn't recommend. Shouldve listened to the previous reviews. Didn't even reach out to the seller because I dont want another one of their products lol.
