Residential Construction Academy HVAC 2nd Edition

This book is great. Very informative with diagrams and pictures.

I bought this book to help understand HVAC as I take an intro class at a technical college, plus, I do energy audits. I need a good basic understanding of how systems work, how to identify the different types of systems, equipment, controls, etc. This book is excellent, starting from the very basics of energy and electrical theory, and working up to essentials of refrigeration and HVAC, motors, controls, system installation, etc. It has nice diagrams and graphics to illustrate concepts, and problems to work through. It flows very well. This book is a keeper for me!

Book Was very helpfull . Lots of photos of equipment showing lots of info, I would recomend to others. A must for HVAC students

This book is excellent...... it describes things in an easy to understand, step by step manner of speaking (not in a way that you need a PhD to comprehend.) Has tons of great information for PRACTICAL APPLICATION. Plus a lot of great visual aids

I am in a six week training for HVAC and all the information they are training me is with in this book plus more. Highly recommended book if you already have some knowledge with the system.
