I don't know if these are improving my health at all. I'd like to think they are, but I don't see any quantifiable difference. As far as taste, these don't leave a taste in my mouth or make me burp a fish taste later, which is better than some other fish oil I have taken in the past. The capsules are large, but I did not have any difficulty swallowing them.
