The Decompress pills really calm me down if I am super angry or stressed. If I take it before bed, I will sleep like a rock and I dream! Best sleep ever. The Decompress pills do make me wake up drowsy and my mind stays relaxed the next day. I gained weight the week I was taking one every night because I just didn’t care as much as I usually do to eat right and exercise. I was productive however, getting yard work and house work done and just enjoying it. I will not take the Decompress every day anymore, but if I really need to get a good night sleep, then I will definitely be turning to the Decompress. I deal with insomnia on a regular basis. I tried the Solid Eight pills to help me sleep, but I couldn’t tell if they did anything. Decompress is powerful though. About 10 minutes after I take it, my brain just turns off. No more stress; and I feel like just resting. Not sleepy but relaxed. Then I actually fall asleep when I want to (rarely happens for me) and I sleep all night with wonderful, adventurous dreams. I loved it.

Wanted to like this product but unfortunately it kept giving me headaches and actually made me cranky

The first two weeks of taking this were amazing. I felt like a whole new person - carefree, relaxed. The third and fourth weeks this seemed to wear off. I increased my dosage/frequency but I never felt dramatically good again like the very first time. If anything, it now has a very mild affect. I've also tried the tincture; the capsules work better.

Just helps you chill out a little. Not strong. My husbamd usues regularly and noticea a difference when he doesnt take them.

Calms and easy the mood and supoort straightening emotions. It’s the first time I’m using it, hoping to see the results in long term.
