The is no difference to me.. one is more specific (adding 5-6 yrs) while the other isn't.

Hello, I ordered 12-13 for my 16 year old small daughter and it was way too big! 12 years is actually size 10 womens size so now I've order 9-11 years wich maybe size 8? They are very big sizes and you may have to go down 2.

Q: Deacription say 'Long Sleeve'. Does company do shorter lenght?

I am not sure , but if you email them they are very quick to respond
