A cool figure for one of the coolest Gundams
If you're looking at this figure, you've probably at least seen Wing Zero Custom before; the rendition of Wing Gundam that appeared in the OVA "Endless Waltz". Its unique appearance and gigantic twin buster rifles have made it an icon among fans of giant mechs. The Robot Soul line has proven itself to be impressively robust; far better than the Mobile Suit in Action lineup before it. I was pretty excited when they announced Wing Zero would join its ranks, and was not disappointed when the figure finally arrived on my doorstep. To begin, as always I must be sure to note that this is essentially an action figure, not a model kit. There's no painting, and very little assembly involved. Laying down, the figure is just a bit shorter then the length of an adult hand. For a Gundam of its stature, Wing Zero is pretty sparsely equipped. Aside from its Buster Rifles, it makes do with two beam sabers and a pair of collar-mounted gatlings that are one step up from the traditional pea shooters you usually see integrated into a Gundam's head or shoulders. So, you get the two buster rifles, the wings, and two beam saber hilts (though, strangely only one beam blade), aside from the figure itself. As a nice surprise however, the figure does come with a stand, which is always awesome for posing, especially since this is one mobile suit that would not be spending much time on the ground. Unfortunately the stand was only designed for Wing Zero; it doesn't seem to work with any of my other Robot Soul figures, particularly Strike Freedom (which could USE a stand). The stand is a simple affair, but sturdy enough to properly hold the figure as a display piece. The wings come as four pieces. There's the two main wings that are the most flexible and have the most moving parts; there are a few individual feathers and sets of feathers that can move and rotate on ball joints and hinges. The two pieces themselves are segmented to allow for some slight flex. Overall they are surprisingly articulate. Then there's the two smaller wings that stick out of the back. They are much more straightforward; mechanically speaking, I imagine they provide much of the Gundam's actual movement and acceleration. Unlike their bigger variants, these two have almost no articulation; they are solid pieces. However, the can expand slightly, which is a nice touch. The wings are attached to a central backpack, which is then slotted into the back of the figure. It's a sturdy setup, and never have I felt like anything was going to fall out or slip loose. The wings change positions using gray arm-like appendages; interestingly, there are no ball joints in these. It's all swivels and hinges. It's worth noting that these appendages are also what house Wing Zero's two beam sabers. They are mounted onto the two back wings. And yes, the wings can be moved in front of the figure; they're even shaped to do so. If you remember in the movie when Wing Zero enters the atmosphere while wrapped in its wings, you can emulate that exact same pose. The twin buster rifles are awesome to behold, because of their sheer size. They are incredibly long; as tall as the Gundam itself, even! They're about the same length as Strike Freedom's combined beam rifle cannon. And just like in the source material, they can be combined. The figure itself is great, even without the rifles though. The paintjob was well done, and the details pop out at you. And it's hard not to look great when you have angelic wings. The only quirky aspect of the design are the gatling cannons. They sit right beside on the head, on each side, inside a housing that can open up to reveal the gun barrels. But the housing can't open up fully because the head is in the way.Wing Zero comes with a couple sets of hands: outstretched hands, closed hands, and hands for gripping things. It has a solid hold on what few handheld weapons it possesses, which is good.Overall, I am very happy with this figure. If you're a fan of Wing Zero Custom like me, but aren't looking to get into models, you should definitely check out this figure.

Great for Those Without Time for Kitsπ
I've been a fan of Gundams and Gundam Wing in particular, for many years. EW was my all time favorite design for the series, all the Gundams looked insanely awesome! But Wing Zero Custom and Deathscythe Hell Custom we're my all time favorites. While the latter is impossible to find as a figure, at least a decent and recent one, Wing Zero Custom is readily available and this is it! It's highly posable, holds position better than ALOT of figures out there and comes with a stand included, which is incredibly rare! Only 2 real cons, one minor, the other a little aggravating. 1.) The minor, but easily fixable, it lacks good definition. I.E., the lines are kinda weak until you put some panel lining on it. Nothing a gray Gundam marker can't fix and he comes out looking amazing πππ― 2.) The aggravating, he only comes with ONE beam saber, which is INCREDIBLY annoying. He's mainly know for his buster cannons, but he should have 2 beam sabers by basic principle. Otherwise, he looks fantastic and goes great with any setup or collection πππ―

The articulation is great!
Very solid product and looks very good in a wide variety of poses. The wings are nicely designed and can be posed in pretty much any way I like. However there are a few flaws which are notable. First of all when I was trying to get this guy into the classic twin buster pose I noticed that there is actually no way for him to grab on with both hands given the nature of the handles and his hands. Fortunately, the arms and hands fall into the right position to create the illusion that he is holding on with both hands and that is all I need. Secondly, the stand isn't very trust-worthy, I had to get it into the right angles in order to hold Wing Zero properly, but that is only a minor issue. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.

The older 90s wing kits just do not do it for me
The older 90s wing kits just do not do it for me quality has improved greatly since then for bandai so if you do not want to build paint and mod the older 90s wing kits then these are a great choice over them. Your only other choice is (P bandai) releases and they cost serious money so the tamashii nations gundam wing figure line is the way to go for quality built and painted mechas from the series in my opinion

Review of Wing Gundam Zero "Endless Waltz", Robot Spirits.
When delivered to my door step I hesitated to open this package due to fears of pieces falling off. However, upon unboxing and testing range of motion and setting up the stand, I became very satisfied with my product. The figures movements are fluid, there are no creaking joints, unlike on my Full Action Unicorn Destroy Gundam. The wings are a hassle to pose if you happen to have hands that are not very steady, or if you have big fingers. All in all, a great figure for an awesome Gundam, totally worth every penny.

this is a nice figure to collect
Overall, this is a nice figure to collect. It comes with it's own stand and is very easy to do poses with. The only downside for me is that it is made out of the type of plastic that you would expect from a model kit, instead of the type of plastic used on the MS in Action series

Good figure, terrible shipping
This figure looks incredible, so sharp looking and so worth the price. The only thing I didn't like is how the seller packages this product. Mine was just wrapped in a bag, not a box but a bag with no protective padding. So the box was really thrashed but some how the figure was perfectly safe.

Looks way better in person
amazing articulation, sculpt, and a decent batch of accessaries. Also, it comes with a stand, which is a definite plus. I really enjoyed this figure and would definitely recommend it.

All in all its a great figure that looks amazing on the shelf the cons can be worked with. Highly recommend.
This is an amazing figure.Pros:- Can be positioned easily- hands hold rifles pretty well- highly detailed- Looks amazing on my shelfCons:- Wings are kinda loose- torso pushes back because back pack is too heavy (when on stand its straight)- hip joints that attach to the legs are loose.-

Good articulation in the joints and wings
Comes with it's own stand and probably one of the most iconic Gundam designs of all time. Good articulation in the joints and wings, a great buy :]
