A good 0.5mm roller.
I had been using the 0.25mm SDara derma roller and I have been loving how my skin glows and how my skin products absorb quickly. But after reading more on microderm needling, I found out that you have to use needles with a length of at least 0.5mm to get any collagen induction. SDara doesn't have a 0.5mm version- but I am pleased to say that this roller when I got it is built just like my other roller-but with longer needles. It works great. But I will say that the 0.5mm roller does cause 2x the pain of the 0.25mm roller! So if you are new to dermarolling- start with the 0.25mm first to acclimate yourself to the sensation!

Use Numbing Cream Before Using the Derma Roller
The roller is a .5mm which is suitable for mild to moderate facial acne scars. If you have never used a derma roller I recommend you start with a .25mm and use it for a couple of weeks before you jump into a .5mm. Also numb your skin if you do not have high pain tolerance. Recommended numbing cream would be 5% lidocaine no more, no less. You can get it at Amazon as well. Disinfect your roller before and after you use it with 70% to 91% isopropyl alcohol ONLY. A .25mm can be used daily and a .5mm is used once a week. After using the .5mm do not expose your skin to the sun with out SPF 50 and for a long amount of time. Do not exctersise for 24 to 48 hours when you use the .5mm. It will severely irritate your skin.I will be writing a blog post in about a week about this and how to use the roller and which serums are recommended to use after using the derma roller. Basically all the steps and how to's. Hope you can check it out. @foreverbeauty_bylucy (Instagram) foreverbeautyproductsbylucy.com

Improved Skin texture and tone
Definitely noticed an improvement in my skin texture and tone. I also don't break out as much when I use this product consistently 1-2 times per week. Just be sure to REALLY clean/disinfect it before AND after every use. Also, do NOT use this when you already have a break out or put make-up on for at least 12-16 hours after you've used this!!! Lastly, be advised that your skin will be red and sensitive after using this roller. I would use it a couple hours before you go to bed. So, your skin isn't as red in the morning.

Good budet friendly roller
I was quite skeptical at first as I have not much belief in such advertisement of the benefits that rollers can bring. But look at the bright side, some sun burn spots on my skin did fade away. Will do it frequently to see what impact this an bring to me

Gentle apply and it worked that way
My skin is kinda sensitive so I was quite neavous to use it as thinking of hundred of needle was gonna run through my face. At the end, it did not caught any red spots on my face and feeling is cool. I think because I applied it very gently

One Star Don’t waist your money !!!
Don’t waist your money on this. Splurge and get an authentic stainless steel dermal roller from an authorized retailer. This titanium roller did nothing for my skin except cause irritation.
