DMAE, Dimethylaminoethanol Bitartrate - Supports Mental Concentration - 100 Tablets

Why am I being asked to review my purchase? I dunno. DMAE is a naturally occurring bio active substance. I’m not a chemist, but it has amino acid and amine properties. In our believed to be helpful in the role of cognition, it’s an expensive. I’ve never had any ill effects and it does seem to do some good weather real or imagined it’s not expensive to try. It’s better than other things that are much more expensive.

I was skeptical about whether or not this would work, but decided to give it a try anyway and this has definitely helped me! I have been dealing with extreme fatigue due to some health issues and that in turn has affected my ability to think quickly and focus. I can definitely tell a difference when I take the DMAE and not only that but it seems to have improved my fatigue as well. I can only assume that this is because I'm more focused I feel less fatigued, certainly it's not actually increasing my energy level, but whatever the reason I will definitely continue taking it. I'm VERY happy that I didn't let my skepticism keep me from trying this! YAY! PROS: 1. It's easy. One tablet per day (I take mine in the morning) and you're good to go. 2. It WORKS. For me it was almost miraculous, but granted, I was coming from a state of debilitating brain fog and fatigue. 3. Price. Although the price has increased for this item, it's still reasonable for the number of tablets. CONS: 1. NO CONS! FOLLOW-UP: I first tried DMAE in January 2018 and am happy to report that it is still working! I have stopped taking it a few times (briefly) and there was a noticeable difference in my focus. My adult daughter has tried it as well (she has ADD) and she reports feeling benefits. To be clear, it's not as if it cures her ADD, but it helps. She also mentioned an increase in energy (slight), which is interesting. BOTTOM LINE: It's reasonably priced and definitely helps. If you're suffering from brain fog or mental fatigue/focus issues, what have you got to lose? Give it a shot!

As a person w/ ADHD these supplements helped me boost my cocentration and mental focus. It works even better with coffee and caffinated green tea. It helps give me the extra boost to study the hardest subjects in college (i'm taking Coding and programming classes, btw) and a lot of energy to take on work related tasks as well. It works better that anything I was perscribed from a doctor (at least that's my 2 cents) I will buy again should I ever run out.

I have been taking the product for about one month along with coconut oil and have noticed that my headaches are less frequent and my concentration has slightly improved. I have also been sleeping soundly, but have not experienced the heightened dreams. I have read several articles on how most of us are starving our brains and therefore I have started this regiment daily.

I have been waking up at 5 am to study for school. Using this supplement right before study, I feel concentrated but calm. Coffee gets me concentrated, not sure about calm. So yeah try it out. It might not work for everyone but thank god it works for me.

I use this regularly because it was recommended to me by my Rheumatologist. He told me several years ago to use it daily and I have done so since having read and checked all the ways it is good for me to use. I use this brand because I use Source Naturals every time I get the chance.

Accidentally bought this. I prefer the NOW brand, since it seems to improve concentration better. This is the second time I got this brand. I liked it better the second time but went back to NOW for consistent improvement in concentration. Both last about 4 hours for me. Other people say they last longer. I find it equivalent to about 20 mg of Ritalin.

Ho iniziato a utilizzare questo integratore per aiutare la concentrazione nel lavoro prevalentemente. All'inizio non capivo bene quale fosse il suo effetto mi aveva aiutato molto con la relazione e la qualità del suono ma non mi sembrava avesse grandi effetti sulla concentrazione. Terminata la prima confezione, non l ho riacquistato, dopo 10 giorni che non lo prendevo mi sono resa conto degli effetti del Dmae su di me. Oltre a quelli già detto relativi al sonno, questo integratore mi "pacifica" mi da calma interiore e lucidità mentale. Ho una vita ed un lavoro impegnativo, mi aiuta ad avere la concentrazione per organizzare con calma, calma mentale, la mia vita. Di tanto in tanto, quanto terminano e tardo a riacquistarle dopo qualche giorno noto nervosismo e stato di ansia, anche i mie collaboratori quando sono particolarmente nervosa, scherzando mi dicono ; hai preso il dmae? 😂.
