Perfect Flavors

Both of Naomi’s cookbooks are amazing and I use them year-round. My absolute favorite, easy to follow and make, NO FAIL recipe is her BABKA! It comes out perfect every time (I’ve baked it both in America and in Israel) and I’ve sent it to friends as gifts and every single person said it’s the best babka they’ve ever eaten. I told all of them it’s from this fabulous cookbook. (The pizza dough has also been a success every time we have made it!)

This cookbook is chock full of easy delicious recipes that we love. Her overnight Corned Beef is so good! I also like very modern recipes like her adaptation of Pho. The photos in the book are beautiful and inspiring. Cookbook is for all levels of cooking experience

Naomi Nachman does a wonderful job when she puts together her cookbooks. She guides you through the recipes with ease and the photographs are beautiful. Her cookbook "Perfect for Pesach" was a hit in our house so of course I wanted to buy "Perfect Flavors". Thank you Naomi for another beautiful cookbook filled with amazing flavors and new takes on classics without being intimidating or too crazy far out of the box. If you are looking for a new cookbook I highly recommend "Perfect Flavors"

I am so so happy that Perfect Flavors has been added to my cookbook collection. It’s only been a couple of weeks since I ordered it and already I have made several recipes. They are easy to follow, not complicated, and absolutely delicious. This is my first purchase of her cookbooks, but not the last. Pesach can’t come soon enough!!😉

Every recipe that I have tried from this cookbook so far has been a success! I love the international flavors. It is so nice to be able to cook kosher food with an international flair without having to search for complicated ingredients. Each recipe has layers of flavor and and very easy to make. I really recommend this cookbook to all levels of chefs. You will not regret it!

Original recipes and ideas that I haven't seen before. Everything comes out great :).

Love this cookbook ! The picture are amazing and make it more interactive to try each recipe. The recipes are simple , tasty and genius. This book converted my picky eater to try and enjoy new foods. For that alone I love this cookbook.

So happy I finally ordered this book! Pictures look beautiful, recipes sound divine and I am so looking forward to making many dishes from the book and adding this one to my collection!
