Unrolls the wire as you walk along the fence line. It is especially good with 15-1/2 gauge hi-tensile barbed wire. Or, insert a handle for two men, attach it to the three point hitch, your pick-up, or ATV for unrolling one or more rolls of heavy 12-1/2 gauge barbed wire.
