These are great compression socks. Well made. I've had the same before. They last a long time and are comfortable. Just make sure you get the right size and compression.

Good compression and tall enough to cover my calfs. Seem to be holding up well and keeping the compression.

Bought these after having vein surgery/procedures and wearing the 20-30 for several years, wanted to try something with a little less pressure on my ankles because I wasn’t having the swelling I had when I first started. The 15-20 Mmhg are more like Copper fit, Sonoran, both I have purchased and couldn’t get them over my calves or barely over my foot. The material is a lot thicker than the 20-30 and up but I didn’t know that. I did get them on and have worn them. They were comfortable once on. Will probably buy again but go up one size bigger and see how that feels/helps.

I've been wearing Mediven Classic Compression Stockings for years, but these Athletic stockings are amazingly superior to the Classic and Select stockings. They provide fantastic support throughout the day and into the evening. Plus, they are white which look a lot better when I wear shorts.

The quality of these over the calf high compression stockings was truly high. But, I found them extremely hard to put on and to take off. I measured my calf and ankles carefully. My calf size was 14 inches, but to be careful I ordered the 15 inch stockings. They were really hard to the point of discomfort and pain just to put on and then, later, to take off. The instructions guiding the procedure were not very clear or helpful. I wore them for 3 days, to see if they might usefully stretch just enough to be more easily used.. Then I gave up. I had worn Jobst for decades and thought they were what I was choosing, but got these. My bad. Others may find these fine. Others should give them a try. Not I.

Assuming that you need compression socks, and if you follow the size chart correctly and know the amount of compression that you need, these socks will change your life for the better! I have had to use compression socks for several years due to medical issues and have tried many brands, some cheap and some pretty spendy. They all worked somewhat but after 4 or 5 hours they needed to come off as they were uncomfortable. Or, they rolled down, or the toe was uncomfortable as it was cut wrong. The list of issues was long. I bought my first pair of these socks at a medical store for a less-than-competitive price! However, they work great. I then found them here on Amazon at a competitive price. I put them on first thing in the morning and take them off at bedtime. Comfortable all day! I sit a lot doing electronic bench work and my legs and ankles never swell now! These are still spendy, but worth every dime!
