Simple but elegant design. Good build quality. Lid sits squarely on the base and the whole dish sits squarely on the counter. Very reasonable price. Arrived on time and undamaged. I am very happy with this purchase and wouldn't hesitate to deal with this company again.

LOVE IT
LOVE ITEasy to grasp the top...unlike irritating knobs...which slip and one loses ones grip. Broke the last one when it slipped from my grip! Looks really nice and authentically traditional. Now we are back on butter as the medics seem to think the natural stuff is better than chemical mixtures..there a surprise then... we need a butter dish..... this one ticks all the boxes and I just love it.
