Easy Tagine: delicious recipes for Moroccan one-pot cooking

My friend cooked some dishes from this while we were on holiday. They were so fabulous I just had to get back and buy the book. All the recipes are easy to follow, ingredients widely available, and results are perfect every time. Would also appeal to vegetarians are there are numerous recipes, but even the fish or meat ones could be adapted. Good for coeliac a too as any recipe that uses couscous can be adapted by using rice instead. I particularly make the Harissa rice rather than couscous.....my coeliac vegetarian daughter is looking forward to her next visit. Oh yes....the spiced honey aubergine are a must as well as the keftas .... I could go on! Just buy the book.....you won't be disappointed :)

Bought this previously liked it so much bought it as a gift to go with a tagine I purchased and was well received. Lots of great recipes and easy too!

Recipes look great, not tried them yet

I was given a tagine for a birthday present last year but had no idea how to use it properly. This book has opened my eyes to this way of cooking, and I'm slowing working my way through it. Delicious meals every week that I've never eaten before. The format is ideal - a complete recipe with the book opened flat - instructions on one side, photo of finished dish on the other. No hesitation in recommending this.

The recipes are so easy to follow and they taste fantastic. Al Fes sauces are a bit expensive so get 6 bottles for an easier meal. there is a shortage of outlets, and they wont mix the bottles! Otherwise the Book does what it says, it will teach you step by step what to do and how to do it correctly, I was surprised by the tenderness of the cooked lamb, in lamb tagine i became addicted, so this week its beef, next week its gotta be chicken !/4 qtrs William - Merseyside

Not as helpful as I would have liked, regarding temperatures to cook at. Recipes all right.

This book is great, it has a huge range of recipes, including stuff for basic components as well as more complicated tagines, alternative ways to cook and the instructions are all very clear. My husband got it for Christmas and we've basically used it every week since then. It's really added something new to our meal selections, and they really are easy to follow recipes, with ingredients we've been mostly able to find at the supermarket (the only exception so far is the Preserved Lemon, which there is a recipe to make in the book, but also you can buy little pots of it on amazon too)

This is a fun cookbook, with wonderful suggestions and information to those new to Tagine cooking! It is very beautiful, with interesting colorful photos which enhance the overall enjoyment of using the cookbook. There is a big variety of recipes, most very easy to follow.
