Sempio Gochujang Korean Hot Pepper Paste 1kg

This Sempio Gochujang is absolutely incredible and has become a staple in my kitchen. It has the perfect balance of deep savory umami, subtle sweetness, and a rich, spicy kick. The texture is smooth and it blends effortlessly into marinades, stews, and dipping sauces. It instantly elevates traditional dishes like bibimbap and tteokbokki to restaurant-quality level. Surprisingly, it’s also amazingly versatile and can even be used to make sweet and spicy cookies! Adding a spoonful to a chocolate chip or ginger cookie dough creates a uniquely delicious treat. The quality is unmatched compared to other brands I have tried, and it tastes incredibly authentic. It comes in a sturdy, well-designed tub that keeps the paste perfectly fresh for a very long time. A little goes a long way, making this tub fantastic value for money for any home cook. If you want to experiment with bold flavors, I cannot recommend this fantastic hot pepper paste enough!

The Sempio gochujang keeps forever, tastes good and has many uses, not just in Korean cuisine but across the board. Whip up a gochujang mayonnaise, and you immediately have a dip for those, who like a kick of spice with their crisps.

Lo compre al iniciarme en el mundo de la comida koreana y la verdad es que ha sido un acierto. Aunque llegó con una vida útil algo más reducida (me dio posibilidad de cambio el fabricante), recomiendo que se pregunte antes de comprar por la fecha de caducidad. El producto es fantástico a mi juicio, de sabor ahumado, textura algo dulzona al principio, que luego se transforma en un picor de intensidad media ya que, no deja de ser un Chile. Es muy tipico de la comida coreana que tiene una multitud de usos y distintas presentaciones. Este producto lo adquiri en forma de pasta (1kg) aunque lo hay de menor cantidad, y como dije en otras for.as con polvo molido ó también en hojuelas de Chile. Tiene un color rojo muy marcado y llamativo que le da a los platos una presencia inigualable. Es el chile que se utiliza para hacer kimchi..por supuesto hay infinidad idas de platos no coreano que se pueden beneficiar de su aroma y sabor. Volveré a comprar.

Daha tatmadım ama çok ağır ve yabancı bir kokusu var 1kg nasıl biter diye düşünüyorum ama tabi ki Kargo’yu sorunsuz ve temiz geldi

Grand amateur de cuisine coréenne, j'ai acheté cette pâte rouge Gochujang de chez Sempio et c'est une merveille. Le goût est parfaitement équilibré : c'est pimenté comme il faut, avec cette petite note fermentée et légèrement sucrée qui fait toute la différence. Idéal pour relever des nouilles, faire mariner de la viande ou préparer une sauce Bibimbap maison. La texture est bien dense, on sent que c'est un produit authentique et de qualité. Je recommande sans hésiter !
