This is a great bore cleaning rod. Unfortunately I had to re build my cart and mistakenly put this stainless steel rod into my cart instead of a carbon fiber rod. The stainless rod is very good quality and the design on these are perfect in hand, I just have a preference to the carbon fiber. I’ll just have this one around for emergencies or trips!

Good product but the first one I was sent was bent, scratched, and rusty. The replacement they sent me was in great shape. The only thing I recommend is to take very good care of this. If you scratch the lining off it could damage your barrel. Other than that it is very sturdy and good quality.

.30 Cal Rod looks well made, but came bent and I would not risk putting it through the barrel of a rifle.Amazon sent a replacement but it was also bent.Shipping box was undamaged and the manufacturer's display card had a small white zip tie hold-down that was broken in both instances.If you get one of these, check it for straightness by rolling it on a known-good flat surface. Granite or marble countertop works well.Ordered a Pro Shot rod. Hope it's straight...Matt N.

Works as it should. Alot better than the cheap kit rods.
