So far, so good... haven’t used it long, but it doesn’t mess around! It chews up crap and toilet paper like no joke! It also completely clears the hose so there is no residual smell.

Shipped fast. Arrived early. Easy install in 20 min. Quiet flush compared to others. Fills holding tank quickly as raw water intake hoses are 1" diameter as well... Aside from that, awesome...

Everything you need to replace your head. Works but flushing solids often creates little balls that will not flush easly. Did not have this problem with the Jabsco electric head. I believe the chopper blades (also act as impellor) should have more pitch to them to create a stronger suction. Update: 9 months now and can't recommend this product. Simply less and less effective every day. Macerator does not macerate which leaves stuff stuck in the joker valve which causes joker valve to leak contents back into bowl.

Lasted 3 years almost to the date. Motor is not powerful enough to operate. Not sure if it is the motor or pump or a combination of both. Will not buy another one.

This is great value but it could be troublesome to install. I used it to convert a Jabsco manual toilet to electric flush. Attaching the base to the Jabsco bowl was easy. You can rotate the base in 90 degree increments to fit your space. All hose connections are 1" and while the adapters are included with the kit, the whole installation becomes complicated, especially if you are aiming for the most compact installation. I ended up using about 10 clamps. It would have been so much simpler if the flush water connections were the standard 3/4" ID. Next, the motor attaches to the base of the bowl with four bolts. These were not tight from the factory and I did not check them. After I finished the install one of them was leaking. At this point you cannot fix the problem by tightening the bolts because the gasket would have already unseated itself. So I had to remove the hoses and the clamps (a pain), remove the motor assemble, re-seat the gasket and tighten the bolts. Afterwards it worked like a champ and it is not loud at all. I am giving it four starts because it is good value for money (half the price of Jabsco unit) but once you get the unit, make sure that you remove the motor, check the gasket, then tighten the bolts, You will save yourself a lot of frustration later. My advice to the manufacturer is either tighten the bolts well or sell the unit disassembled, so that the customer can verify the seating of the gasket. The best part about this unit is the single button operation. Nice and easy. The switch that comes with the unit feels cheap and unattractive, I suggest you use a regular push button switch.

Installed this on a manual Jabsco and it works great. A little finicky to install and you'll probably need at least one trip to the hardware store for adaptors but once installed, works very well....we no longer fear the head ;) ...Expect the holding tank to fill about 30% faster. Tip; use a heat gun to warm up the hoses to make installation / connection a snap!

Bit of a chore to install. Need to inform customers more parts are required to make this work?

it's not just a simple install , I set it up like a plumber would with solid brass ball valves and check valves all in I.P> threaded 1" with brass or stainless nipples not cheap plastic male x barb adapters , and all on a steel support , but I own the business and have been a Master plumber for many years, but once installed this works so well , ps. it will add 1 1/4" in height to bowl line from floor , unless you counter sink it. remember, it's a pump toilet, just like the ones we sell except so watch what goes in as I say I do not make service call on the water,

You will have to go to the hardware store. Ports most likely don't match your setup. Be aware that this unit is in metric. Took me the entire day to do it but the result was worth it. Made in Taiwan not in China. Update: had it for a while now. The best purchase I made for my boat. A good working Head is after all very essential. And this one works great.

I installed the unit (no instructions) i was going to treat myself to a nice upgrade from the old manual Head I routed new heavy wiring fuses switch then assembled the conversion to the old Jabsco bowl all went well till I got to the plumbing they have decided that everything should be 1 inch so they do supply adapters 3/4 to 1 and 1 1/2 to 1 So be prepared with the appropriate extras hose and clamps. also do not use the 3/4 to 1 adaptor they are garbage and will break easily after rerouting all my plumbing hook everything up and hit the switch water filled bowl and kept filling checked to make sure that valves were open all good. I contacted the number on the box and was told that my system was plugged some where .i hauled the boat two weeks later (first booking i could get) replaced all hoses checked truhull launched boat same thing macerator will not pump I phone again and asked what they where going to do I was told that some one would contact me. I said to make it quick too much of the boating Seson was being lost No calls I phoned Amazon they said they would give me a refund so I had to rip all this out the disassemble the bowl etc. Now I have the reassemble the old Head and I will be back to were i started What a treat from HELL At least I have plumbing that does not look like a hack job from hell Thank goodness for Amazon
