Swann 8-Channel Security System, 4K Security Camera System with 2TB DVR, Google Assistant, 4 PRO-4KMSB & 2 PRO-4KMSFB 4K Security Cameras, PoE Cameras

The picture quality is amazing. I went online and used there video tutorials to set it up. I set it up on a table in my house before i ran wires and mounted the cameras. Setup is simple if you follow the step by step video tutorial. The picture is amazing and the night vision is awesome! So far the few flaws that I have found are: 1. The instructions in the box are almost non-existent. 2. The mobile software for the iPhone is horrible. The image quality is horrible. I have a Nest camera and their mobile app stream very good! Why can't they make a better mobile viewing app? 3. The mouse has a cord. Come on people this isn't 2003. You can do better. 4. I also wanted to view my cameras on my laptop but they don't advertise a website or an app for that. I googled it and found it hidden away. The windows app is just as bad as the mobile app. I would think Swann could hire better software developers to create something that is user friendly and has a good quality stream (like Nest). But overall those few flaws do not warrant a lower rating. I would say it would be a 4.5 rating because of this inconvenient flaws.

There hasn’t been anything we have disliked about the cameras. The picture quality and ease of installation is spot on. The price point is a bonus as well. Would definitely recommend!

Cameras are fine. Picture quality is below expected but better than most.Easy to setup and install. Hope they last.

I upgraded my old analog system to this 4K system and I can say is wow! The setup was breeze and night time clarity is awesome. The app is very user friendly.

Ive owned swann Systems before and was really excited to upgrade to 4K. Ingot everything installed and was super happy untill sunset when the cameras switched to night mode with IR, completely washed out noise!! What a waste of time installing this unit!

So far I love this camera the only Daytime picture quality is awesome the only bad thing is theVideo quality at night is not in color when backyards light are on

Not bad for the money. Doesn't always record when it should, definitely not my opinion of 4k picture quality. It Can NOT read a car tag from 20 feet away. The whole reason I bought a 4k system was to get tag numbers and catch thieves.

The cameras are great. The dvr is a mess. It continually beeps for no apparent reason. When we called tech support they were not much help. There were suppose to send me another DVR and I never received it. It would be nice if there were some instructions either in the package or a video somewhere to show you how it works. Should be a basic plug in the cameras. It's not. I would return the entire system but it would be a hassle to disconnect all of the cameras. Oh and for the beeping it is still happening. The tech support person says record the beeping and send it in an email. Not sure why but that sounded pretty lame. I never received the other DVR.

I can't review the product as it didn't really work, but the seller is unhelpfully, and lock communication, I wouldn't recommend anyone to this seller.
