Sturdy
These cardholders are very sturdy and well made. I'm using them for my daughter's wedding and am extremely happy with them.

Needs a sturdier base
I have found that the base is too small when using these outdoors. Any breeze at all makes the stand top heavy. I'm going to get a round piece of wood and drill a hole and slip the stand thru the hole. This should give it the support it needs to use outdoors. Well built for indoor use.

use these as anchores for table arrangements and table markers
I have uses these on a few projects and it always worked great, a few times I had to add some weight to the bottom because the top of the arrangement was bigger than planned.

Definitely not black and not sturdy
Should’ve read the reviews — definitely not black and the base is not flat so they wobble around. If you’re okay with metallic dark gray and don’t mind them wobbling a bit, it’s worth the money.

Read the honest reviews :) - NOT black. Bad bases (not formed properly)
I'm keeping these, but if I was ordering for a wedding/nice event I would return them ASAP. These are not even close to "black" in color. Additionally, two of the bases do not have the recess cut for the screw — which makes those 2 units useless. (Again, I'm not returning b/c I only need 7 of these and don't have time to return before the event.)The bases are not as flat as I expected, and there is a little wobble to them. Would *definitely* not use these for an outdoor event.If you need these for an upscale event, get something else.Not worth the risk on the color, bad bases, and the wobble factor.

Indoors only
Because these are so tall and lightweight they should be used indoors only. They fall easily. Maybe a heavier wider base would solve that.

Nice, but definitely NOT black
I will have to spray paint these since they are nowhere near “black” which is disappointing, since I ordered them for my halloween party. They are more of a taupe/bronze/brown. (I tried the best lighting in the pics to properly show the exact color) The box came damaged so it would have been more effort to return them than what the time is worth. Otherwise they seem pretty sturdy. I do like how tall they are (18”) & should look nice on the table when i host events. Hopefully I can use them for Christmas as well.
