Good stability

I purchased for my mother . But it not fit to her properly. She said while walking it slipping from leg and there is problem of fit also.

The product item received doesn’t seems to be a fresh / new one .. One can make out by looking at the texture and the shape that it’s a used product .. Kindly review at your end .
