Wish it wasn't so expensive, but, seems legit. Flavor is very mild when caps are opened, much less spicy than the ultra monolaurin product that was probably super bad for me. After going through that, I was scared to risk buying another low quality product. The pellets are pretty consistent in size and texture; I opened maybe 6 caps so far and one of them had one or two triple sized clumps while the other 99.9% of the powder was perfectly consistent I went with them because their Bilberry blew me away and they are now 2 for 2 in my books for premium products.

As any other supplement, results may vary from body to body, in my case two pills together at night helped me get rid of a cold and a sore throat that was lasting more than two weeks, maybe it is just me, but for the price and the nonexisting side effects it is worth the try, considering people take vitamin C when having a cold being cientifically demonstrated that vitamin C won't help you get cured, why not giving this a try being cientifically demonstrated that fights viruses, bacteria and candida at least in vitro?
